SERVICING
We recommend that your golf trolley be serviced on a regular basis, every one to two years, depending on usage.
One question we are regularly asked is, why does a trolley need a service and what is actually done on the service?
Anything that is mechanical or electrical which is used on a regular basis, going over bumpy and hilly ground, will need regular attention. Parts on the trolley will show signs of wear and in some cases work loose or even break. Moving parts need lubricating and electrical parts will need replacing from time to time.
Batteries/chargers are tested on the service. Batteries benefit from testing which removes any “memory” they may develop if they are not used regularly for eighteen holes. This” memory” may cause your battery to become weak and not last a full round.
During the service we test the efficiency of you trolley. If the trolley is inefficient, it will draw too much power from the battery and once again you may find yourself pushing he trolley towards the end of the round
